The Rutgers Black Professionals Network was founded in 2023 to democratize access to professional development for students of color at Rutgers–Newark. We believe every student deserves a seat at the table.
Through workshops, mixers, panels, and mentorship programs, BPN equips members with the tools, confidence, and connections to reach their highest potential — regardless of background.
